BI Publisher PDF file not substituting the PCL codes for MICR and Signature

We currently on PS 91 and using Crystal Reports for printing checks. We use TROY printer for check printing. Now we are upgrading to PS92 and planning to go with BI Publisher. We have used both the APY2021X1 and the TSTPDF2X to produce PDF reports. On successful run of these process we were able to generate PDF output file. Both PDF file contains PCL codes for MICR and Signature.

According to PS document the TROY printer will convert this PCL code the MICR Font and stored signature will be printed. Unfortunately in our case the printer prints the PDF as it is with the PCL Code.
