Peoplesoft nvision matrix layout: how to sum a column with copied formulas?

Hi, I have a matrix layout with multiple subtotal rows.  There are intersecting columns with basic Excel formulas and the "Copy Formulas to nploded rows" function is turned on.  Well, on the subtotal rows, I want to sum the amounts in the column.  How can this be done?  Do I need to Name the Cells and, if so, how do I name the last nploded cell?
