I have installed DPK Image 19 for FSCM PeopleSoft located on a Virtual Box.  That's up and going and now wanted to access the environment via App Designer on my workstation.  I ran the SetupPTClient, I ran this from the command prompt from my windows 10 machine, and it came back with 'Files are missing from this shared location from the Server DPK.  So then I choose one of the switches  SetupPTClient -t -l and then choose 'Y' to deploy the PeopleTools client.  Then next prompt options were 'make your selection for the Tools Client deployment 1.) Tools Full Upgrade
