I have installed DPK Image 19 for FSCM PeopleSoft located on a Virtual Box.  That's up and going and now wanted to access the environment via App Designer on my workstation.  I ran the SetupPTClient, I ran this from the command prompt from my windows 10 machine, and it came back with 'Files are missing from this shared location from the Server DPK.  So then I choose one of the switches  SetupPTClient -t -l and then choose 'Y' to deploy the PeopleTools client.  Then next prompt options were 'make your selection for the Tools Client deployment 1.) Tools Full Upgrade 2.) Tools Patch 3.) None of the above...I choose #3.  Then the install ran.  I configured Configuration Manager, but did not see the Oracle client install folder!  So I downloaded one from Oracle with the prerequisites, and then copied the tnsnames.ora file to the same location and created a system variable to point to this folder.
