How to customize OAM login page when Identity Federation is used for Service Providers Applications

We have configured OAM as IDP and other partner applications as Service Providers and exchanged SAML configurations. When we launch https:///oamfed/idp/initiatesso?providerid=&returnurl=%2Fsf%2Fhome, we are getting OAM login page. As per our requirement, we should display custom login page instead of displaying default OAM login page. Experts, please suggest any best ways to do this ?
