Disable SSL in EBS 12.1.1 integrated with 10g SSO

We have EBS 12.1.1 integrated with 10g SSO. Both EBS and SSO are SSL enabled. Now We need to disable SSL. I know that, in EBS changing SSL values in the context file to non SSLvalues will disable. But, in SSO how can i disable SSL? Do I need to re-register EBS with OID/SSO after disabling SSL?
