I'm getting this error while comparing UPGCUST project in upgrade;

[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2]SQL0904N Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource. Reason code:"Internal Error: invalid transaction handle instance passed from samDestroy

tried with the resolution, Delete the Invalid rows from PS_PRCS_RUNPARM. but no rows found in this table.  Please provide the resolution.
