Process Request Shows Status of INICIATED OR PROCESSING, but not longer Running

Hi users

Hi user we create a backup of the production environment and we are using it as development, but

when we run the SQR or Crystal Process, report, the following message is appearing:

Process Request Shows Status of INICIATED OR PROCESSING, but not longer Running

in production is functioning well, but as restore it as development these process stays INICIATED OR PROCESSING.
