Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error during PSCBO Setup

I executed the SQL with help of DBA post that during setup i'm getting the below error,

SQL> EXEC pscbo_stats.sync_stats_control_table;
