Emails from cloned environments - WF Notification Mailer is down

Hi - we have 25 cloned development and Test enviornments.One  Business user is getting email from one of the cloned non-production environment.

Workflow Notification mailers are down in all non-production environments.I am not sure the source of this email.

My question is how to find which environment is sending this email.I mean which development or test environment is sending this email.

EBS version 12.1.3

Database Version 11.2.03
