OIM Justification Field in Role Request (Catalog)

Hi,

I am new to OIM. I have OIM 11g R2 PS3 - 11.1.2.3.0. I am getting two different values of Justification field in the approval request. When i am raising role request ( through Catalog) providing Justification value. The role request goes for an approval (System Admin). When approver (System Admin) logs in and validates the requests, it has two justifications. One in the top (Default request level approval for Request ID 11 : Details ) and another in the bottom (Cart Details - Request Information).

The justification value which i provided is coming in the top (This value is correct one). But at the bottom (Cart Details) it is coming as dummy (Hardcoded Somewhere). I tried to check through the sandbox in the catalog but not able to find anthing on the other justification field.
