High Availability SES on Oracle RAC with the option Oracle Secure Enterprise Search with Middle Tier

Team,

We are in process of implementing SES High Availability  on Oracle RAC with the option Oracle Secure Enterprise Search with Middle Tier (on an Existing RAC Database).

We have 3 weblogic ( WLS1, WLS2,WLS3 )  Servers and 3 SES ( SES1,SES2,SES3 )  Server and Oracle RAC DB ( Nose1,Node2,Node3)

My Question is how to configure 3 weblogic server with 3 SES server, So at any point of time if any Web server or SES server is down the SES environment should be up and running.

Kindly suggest.
