Using Mobile Application Approvals

We applied the patch Patch 22465795:R12.ATG_PF.C.

now, we enter in Mobile Application Manager an we can not find the set up of EBS Approvals, after the patch was applied we have the set up correctly.

I found this note:  Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Foundation Release Notes (Doc ID 1642431.1) in this note explian about Post-Install Patches for Release 12.2

Sombody knows if we have to applied all the patches described in the note ?
