Multiple Copy Invoices and Dunning Letters

Hi all,

My current understanding is that Oracle allows you to define one global copy invoice template(BI Publisher template) to be used with any dunning letter template.

We have very different requirements based on geography and operating units and we would like to be able to define and select different copy invoice templates.

Is this possible?

Any tips would be appreciated.

We are thinking of a technical solution using sub templates in BI Publisher to solve this issue as a final resort but would like to know if we could do something simpler and smarter from the front end application config.
