Fluid Homepage security not working for Tool ver 8.55

Hi PeopleSoft Fluid Expert

Why user able to see and search (user try to search retire employee) tile not being selected for this homepage(see attachment for details)

Admin create new homepage called ‘MH New homepage-Admin’ with only 2 tile content checked as shown below:

  1. My Team
  2. Company Directory

Login as PS

Click on Add tile and user PS able to see and search (user try to search retire employee) tile not being selected for this homepage, please advise:

My understanding is user only being able to see or search tile that being selected on the particular Homepage, in this case only 2 tiles being turned on: My Team and Company Directory. Why user able to see and search (user try to search retire employee) tile not being selected for this homepage
