In wich window the collections manager can view the assigned task to collection agents?

Hi

I need your help, in receivables exists a correspondence window (I attach image), this window has three tabs: Calls, statements, dunning letters; but in correspondence window only shows information in statements tab, I suppose that this window doesn't have relation with the calls and dunning letters made from the collections. In which window the collections manager can view the calls, dunning letters and all activities made by the collections agent?
