Enforce Component order for the class is not working in ELM

Have created a Survey and tagged to Class in ELM and  checked the "Enforce Component order" check box in the Completion tab of a Class. But, In My Learning page, the component order is not enforced. I am able to a Launch a Survey before completing the Class.
