SAN SSL certificate installation instruction PT 8.55

I'm looking for installation instructions for installing SAN SSL certificates on PT 8.55.

Normally I'd generate a CSR file and forward it to my CA who's return a signed cert but we are attempting to install a SAN certificate which I can use for multiple servers.

My CA supplier has generated a key and crt file without a CSR from myself, I have only supplied him with about 10 server names on the same domain.

Hence the installation procedure is different...
