Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AR_PAYLOAD - get error 'Cannot Create Payment for Bank Account number '

When running AR_PAYLOAD, I get the following error - 'Cannot Create Payment for Bank Account number ' and not sure why.

We are setting up Excel Payment Upload for the first time and getting stuck on the AR_PAYLOAD. All the Payment Staging

tables are loaded up until this point (AR_DEPOSIT_EC, AR_PAYMENT_EC, AR_IDITEM_EC. AR_IDCUST_EC).
