Reg Collector reassignment in R12.2.3

Hi,

IEX: Synchronize Collector Work is the program to run after collector reassignment in R12.2.4 to synchronize the collector work. The Collector reassignment form is available in R12.2.3 as well, but, the program IEX: Synchronize Collector Work is not available. IS there some other alternative way to synchronize the collectors work in R12.2.3? Please guide.
