Payment schedules for Selected dates

Hi  Team,

We have a requirement that,

For the invoices falling 1-16 th dates of every month should fall under the 24 th date of that month

invoices falls under 17-31 st dates of every month should fall under the 6th of Next month.

Eg :

Invoices say Jan 1 to Jan 16, scheduled payment pick on 24th of January

Invoices Jan 17 to Jan 31, scheduled payment pick on 6th of Feb.

do we have such functionality in Oracle payaments, we tried using the Payments terms but workaround not successful.
