EOAWEMC app engine not able to delete mails after reading mails

Hi,

We are implementing email approval process in PSFT.

After reading mails from mail server EOAWEMC app engine not able to delete mails from mail account. We are getting return status  3 for field MCF_RET_STATUS. It indicating error "Cannot delete all the messages from the mail server". 

Does anyone have any idea about when this error will be returned.
