Set up failed with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.020 image for VirtualBox.

Am trying to set up PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.020 VM instance on VirtualBox and encountered error messages such as ' INIT: cannot execute "/sbin/mingetty" ' on VM instance console window during or after initialization process.

# Although I can ping the VM instance, I cannot log into the VM instance....

Has anyone encountered the same issue ?
