Need information on the PS Health Center

I'm looking for some information on the PS Health Center.

1. I understand that the Health Center is not available in pre-8.55 Tools. Is the 8.55 base-level the best there is at

this point, or is there a patch level that adds functionality to it, e.g., 8.55.09 or .10?

2. What PUM image contains the 8.55 Tools (highest level)?

3. Is there a splunk plug-in, or are we confusing that with the ability to access logs via the Health Center?

4. Besides Tools 8.55, are there other dependencies for using the Health Center?

5. If you are using the Health Center, what changes (if any) did you make to your infrastructure when you started e.g.
