Attempting to set up FSCM update image 20 into VirtualBox 5.1.6r110634 (Qt5.5.1), the following error occurred:

Setting up PeopleSoft FSCM Database EP92U020         [FAILED]

And the log file /var/log/psft_setup.log.20160920 has the following errors:
