Exchange 2010 Connector: Recon for only one user

Hi all,

we use OIM 11g (11.1.2.3) and Exchange 2010 Connector. User Account is in MS Exchange available but IDM-Status is "Provisioning"/"Unknown". (System Validation is completed, but "create user" is rejected, because Account and /or user directory exist before that)

which solution is available in order to recon only one User in IDM?
