How To Propagate Change Password At Next Logon From OIM To AD

Hi,

When I create users in OIM using API or OIM Identity console, the users are forced to change their passwords on first logon. I need this functionality to be enabled and it is working fine as expected in OIM.

User account and Password generated in OIM and then provisioned to AD.In OIM user is set with  USR_PWD_MUST_CHANGE = null, USR_CHANGE_PWD_AT_NEXT_LOGON='1'.

This force password change on first login is not getting propagating to AD ? If yes, how. Please help.

I have gone through the Oracle Support Articles but not found anything related to 11g Version.
