Cannot Secure IB Gatway..

Hi,

I attempting to secure my IB Gateway.  I get the following below:

Integration Gateway: General Connection Failed (158,10836)

This error is thrown when there is no valid response.
Possible errors include:

Bad gateway URL
Sync Service Timeout set and Service actually timed out.
Java exception thrown - Check Application Server for possible Java exception.

This is the error I see in the app server logs

PSJNI: Java exception thrown: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

I've loaded my root certificate into  digital cert.  so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Please advise if you have any suggestions.  Thanks..
