AR: Successfully loaded ExceltoCi data results in Out of Balance Error

Hello,

Need helping to resolve inconsistent excel to ci loaded data for posting.

1) Accounting entries are out of balance (6030,20)" error. 

Using AR - ExcelToCI template with data for listed tables.  The prepared data has balanced accounting entries using excel yet following variation results found in Peoplesoft:

For below example is what is loaded via exceltoci and per screen shot there is no difference in amount. Yet trying to post ,  "Accounting entries are out of balance (6030,20)" error. 

When the last line is deleted and reentered with the same information, it is balance and successfully posted.

What could be causing the "accounting entries are out of balance" when the amount isn't in excel nor
