RMS Forms takes more time for loading

Hi All,

I am getting forms issue in RMS application 15.0.1,everything is working fine from putty session and server takes less time to startup and access in admin console.

But while accessing the application in application console it was taking more time to perform the activity

Here i am using this scenario after login to RMS application ordering--->order it was taking 15 seconds to open the forms, i increased java memory and i run gather stats for database even though i am getting the same issue.

Can anyone please suggest how to reduce the time consumption while accessing forms.
