Performance issues in AP Archiving - Payments, Vouchers

I'm trying to test the Archiving process for AP Payments. The Selection step was running for over 24 hours in DEV before I cancelled it. Anyone else experienced this? Looks to me like either VCHR_ACCTG_LINE or AP_ARCH_VCH1_VW are the likeliest reasons for the slowdown. Like maybe a new index is needed? I'm also unable to get results for the selection query via SSMS. The query being used is AP_ARCHIVE_PYMNT_ALL
