HCM Benefits Billing and Interfaces

Hi,

Does this seem possible? Use PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Billing to generate a file that would go into PeopleSoft financials and then be used to set up direct debiting of retiree's bank accounts? And also somehow the PeopleSoft FSCM AR module would be kept up to date with balance/payment information, as would the HCM Benefits billing module? What interfaces between HCM and FSCM and between PeopleSoft and our bank be required?

We basically want to direct debit our retirees for their benefit payments.
