Has anyone installed Multiserver weblogic and successfully configured?

I have followed the instructions in  Red_Paper_Clustering_and_High_Availability_for_WebLogic_with_PT854.  But I am not getting the results I expected.  I expected after installing to see under the web logic domain as: 

$PS_HOME/webserver/domain/servers/PIA etc as PIA, a PIA1 and a PIA2.  I also performed install on same host for managed node.  I don't see any PIA(s) installed.  Instead I see:

for multi server where the web logic admin console I see:

/apps/psoft/hrdev15/webserv/dev15multi/servers/ WebLogicAdmin (but no PIAs)

for the managed node I see pps/psoft/hrdev15/webserv/dev15a/servers/WebLogicAdmin and no PIAs.
