Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

We are actually perfoming an upgrade from Peopletools 8.52/FSCM 9.1 to Peopletools 8.55/FSCM 9.2

For this, we have installed new servers in order to meet all OS prerequisites.

We first start the Peopletools upgrade, could you please confirm the below :

When we deploy the Peopletools 8.55 package,

the deployment need to be made under a new PS_HOME or under the OLD PS_HOME (copied from the old one server) ?
If it's under a new PS_HOME, change assistant need also the OLD PS_HOME ? how application objets will be copied to the new PS_HOME ?
