CFAS Access Views in RMS

Hello.

RMS 14.0.2

Custom Flex Attribute Solution allows to add information about CFAS Access Views for group and group set levels. But could you please explain me how these views should be created? Should CFAS create them automatically or it is responsibility of DBA\users?
