Branding disappearing from fluid UI on 8.55.09

After a certain period of time, all branding configuration is lost and the icons at the top right do not show up. This persists until the application servers are bounced at which time the branding is back and the icons show up. Nothing interesting is shown in the app server logs.

It is interesting to note that this only happens on all fluid pages. On classic pages, the fluid header/UI is shown with proper branding and the icons are shown correctly. It usually takes a week or two after the last application server bounce for the issue to crop up.
