bank_recon_rule vs rcn_source_pnl

We are on PS 9.2 pum 18th and I have come across a menu item that has been hidden and a new panel created.  The original panel rcn_source_pnl contained the delivered setup FOR PS_BANK_STMT_SETUP and PS_BANK_STMT_EXCEPT.  I always went in an changed the rule seq 1 from status of NUL to NTF. The new panel is bank_recon_rule and there is a drop down list that is required to proceeds.  This is something new and when I choose any of them I do not see the configuration that is required.

Now that the menu item has been hidden I cannot make a change.  Peoplebook references the new panel but it doesn't mention these the original configuration that is required.
