NTP Server not reachable from 6300 SBC

Hi Team,

We are running on SBC 6300 with version 7.2.

SBC 1-1# show ntp status

NTP down, all configured servers are unreachable

SBC1-1# show ntp server

NTP Status Thu Sep 29 14:05:01 IST 2016

SBC 1-1#

Ping response working fine from SBC to NTP server.

We recreated the configuration in SBC but still the issue persists

Please help us ,what action need to be done to resolve this issue.
