How to calculate import duties on top of Item cost +Freight ?

Hi All ,

We have a requirement where the import duties has to be calculated on top of freight + item cost .Ex: if import duty is 5%  ,  item cost = 100 USD  and freight charges = 200 USD . then import duties have to calculated 5%(Item cost + Freight)=5%(100+200). Can someone help me how can we achieve this in RTM/RMS.
