Process Scheduler Run Status

Hi,

We are trying to do an integration with our ticketing system.The purpose is to capture the run status of the processes running in our environment and if there is a process failure invoke a webservice to create a ticket in the ticketing system. We are clear about the Web services part but need ideas on how to capture the run status of the processes without manual intervention.
