Problem obtaining the HTML content

Hi,

on 11.5.10 DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX 7

Notification by Workflow mailer does not function. The e-mail are not sent (except Test mailer).

The erreur message in FNDCPGSC*.txt is :

Problem obtaining the HTML content -> oracle.apps.fnd.wf.common.HTTPClientException: Unable to invoke method HTTPClient.HTTPConnection.Get caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: X509CertChainIncompleteErr.

Can you tel me where the HTML content is ? From where  WorkFlow mailler try to find and can not find it ?

I have already verified and applied Doc ID 315390.1 and  602971.1 without any succes.
