PSARCHIVE process abends at PSARCHIVE.SETBASED.Step003

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Hi ,

we are running the payment archving process.

Archive selection runs fine but the archive deletion process runs for days . its just for a few thousand rows of data.

When we checked we found the process is unable to delete data from PS_PAYMENT_TBL. the process deleted data from other two tables.

We ran the process in UAT region using VP1 id and the process ran fine. but when we are running in Production using a particular OPRID its not running.

the process hangs in the step PSARCHIVE.SETBASED.Step003.

It is running for days without even abending.

Can anyone help?
