Upgrading Peopletools only to 8.54

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

It has been a while since I've done an upgrade and my company is looking at upgrading from 8.52.11 tools to 8.54 tools.  I have noted the certifications that we have to adhere too.  I am wondering when you download the 8.54 zip data does it include the corresponding supported application server release and weblogic release...or do you have to find and download those separately?
