Is it possible to maintain different users ID in OIM and Active Directory ?

As per our requirement, we need to maintain different user IDs in OIM and target system (AD). For example: In OIM, User Ids will be maintained as and in AD user Ids will be as . We have another target system OUD which is using LDAPSync with OIM. Hence, OUD will have UIDs as same as OIM User IDs (ie. employeeNumber). OAM has integrated with OUD as an Identity Store.
