LOV missing new bank in Bank Statement Interface parameter -Bank Name/Branch Name

Just created a new bank in Oracle with a branch, etc.

The Bank Acct does have Open Interface Controls - Use Reconciliation Open Interfaces flagged YES.

Created a request set for XXX Bank Statement Interface.

First stage is my bank statement loader.

Second Stage Bank Statement Interface.

The parameters are Bank Name, Bank Branch, Statement Number, Bank Account Number.

When using the Request Set, the parameter Bank Name has 2 older banks listed but not the new bank.

What step am I missing to get the newly created Bank to appear in the LOV?
