cannot set docmentation for change assistant upgrade job

I am unable to set the CA documentation for HCM Upgrade 9.1 to 9.2 PI 16 job. I have created the job and when i click on edit - set documentation directory, change assistant creates a file CADoc.html (17 KB) but the documentation still does not appear in change assistant steps.

Any clue on this?
