"Invalid Username/Password or access denied" RMS 15.0

Hi Experts,

After installing RMS v15.0 we are able to load RMS forms application but after giving Valid Credentials examples - user - RMS15DEV , password - RMS15DEV , schema - rms15

we are getting "Invalid username/password or access denied " error message which is preventing us to login into the application.

Also , when we use the same credentials in our DB server through sqlplus it connects successfully.

Any suggestions as to what we can validate and configure to resolve this issue as it is proving out to be a blocker for us.
