Need help on setting up the Handheld device to make use of HH screens in WMS

1. I am on RWMS 15.0 and trying to configure HH screen in Symbol MC9190 device. I have installed Windows 2012 server running on 2012 R2 operating system. I am able to connect to the server through 'Remote Desktop Mobile' app from the device but the HH screen looks so small and I couldn't maximize it. Is there a way to maximize the HH screen?

2. I would like to know how to map the function keys on the handheld device to work with HH UI. For exmaple, when I do CTRL+4, I can proceed to the next screen if I access HH forms from the computer. Would like to know how do I map the Key F4 in the handheld.
