HOW TO POST IN THE COMMUNITY AND GET THE BEST RESULTS!

Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd write a brief guideline on how to create a post in the Advanced Collections Community in order to get the best response for your issue.   With Advanced Collections, some of you may already realize that there a vast product changes in each Release and/or RPC.   Therefore, it's important that we know your Release level when you post.   And if your are R12.1.3, which RPC patch you have applied.    The answers to your issues can vary greatly depending on this information. 

You can run the select in Note 231500.1 to find out your Release level and RPC patch last applied.  You do not have to upload the entire results, just the Release level and RPC last applied will do just fine.
