FRM-92120: Fatal error: registry file http://retailcorp.ra:9001/forms/registry/oracle/forms/registry

Hi all,

I have installed 13.2.0 RMS DB successfully and pataching done till 13.2.8. after that I insall Weblogic 13.2.6.then in Weblogic Form and reports 11.1.1.2.

then I installed RMS application 13.2.8 Successfully. but I am unable to luanch RMS application  it giving this error FRM-92120: Fatal error: registry file http://retailcorp.ra:9001/forms/registry/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat is missing. please Suggest.
