Please advise whether we can use JDK 8 for Oracle Weblogic 12.1.3.0.0 on MS Windows x64 (2012 R2). The Certification for PeopleTools 8.55 with Oracle WebLogic Server 12.1.3.0.0 on

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012 R2 has this statement: The following notes apply to release 12.1.3.0.0 of Oracle WebLogic Server: Oracle WebLogic Server 12.1.3 supports JDK 6, JDK

7 and JDK 8 Java Clients.
Does this mean that we can use JDK 8 instead of JD7 as prerequisite for installing Weblogic 12.1.3.0.0?
